Network design team own decisions related to network optimization and process development and you will be responsible for creating data driven solutions, laying foundation for next generation supply chain. What you will be doing: - Analyze business data wrt. problem statement & propose solutions for enhancing speed & cost metrices - Create model for First Mile aggregation & Line Haul shipment movement - Evaluate operations KPI for breaches & support stakeholders in determining the corrective actions - Work with operation & product team in implementing new product solutions pan India - Work with stakeholders in imparting relevant trainings. Professional Traits: - Ability to deal with ambiguity and work with little or no information - Understand & convey the sense of urgency. - Highly Customer focused - B-Tech / MBA, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Operations Research, having strong Mathematics and analytical skills - Should be able to work in very high growth environment with lots of ambiguity and where priorities shift fast
