Xpressbees - Manager/Senior Manager - Planning - B2C Large/Heavies

This is mid management role, the person responsible building capabilities, Growth and Profitability of B2C Large Product Line.

Key Deliverables: To Meet Service, Growth and Cost Targets for B2C Large Business

- Tactical to Long term Capacity Planning to Business Expansion

- Plan and Ensure Adequate Infra in Place

- Identify, Implement Plan to improve Performance and reduce Cost,

- Damages Improve and Setup SOPs/Process

- Understanding of Packaging, Handing to Reduce Damages

- Cost Initiative to achieve Profitability of Product Line

- Design New Offering and Value Adds Services based upon Market Requirements

- AOP, Budgeting

Communication:

- Internal - Operation, COT, IT Product Team, KAMs

- Limited External Communications with Selected Clients

Experience:

- 4-12 Years of Experience as in Operations, Large Specific Infra and Process, Planning in Logistics, E-Commence, Heavy Goods Companies

- Sound Analytical Skills

- Proficient in Excel, PPT

- Good Communication Skills, Interface with Multiple Departments

Location: Pune / Delhi -NCR / Bangalore

Education: Graduation in Engineering, Commerce with MBA in Supply Chain

Management, Operations Preferred
