Designation - Lean Specialist

Function - Process Excellence

Location - Pune

About the role:

Drive Last-Mile supply chain design and planning. Evaluate current scope of utilization of resources (manpower, vehicles & fixed assets. Optimize cost of operations. Build robust systems to enhance key business metrics of Last Mile.

Process Excellence team is responsible for comprehensive solutioning, bring in new supply chain capabilities to enable new business requirements and optimization of current SC

What you'll do:

- Lead key transformation projects using Six Sigma, LEAN methodologies to drive business process excellence and deliver business results.

- Institutionalize Kaizen, 5S & Visual Management

- Goes frequently to Gemba / the work site to understand and solve problem

- Identify long-term opportunities, as well as opportunities for immediate quick impacts.

- Work closely with a Senior Leadership team to drive solutions from a business capability, operations, and process standpoint.

- Implement process improvement disciplines to increase quality and improve delivery and create sustainable measurement and daily management systems to ensure continued success.

What you'll need:

- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt

- Hands on implementing Lean methods across functions

- Min 4 years experience

- B.tech/Industrial engineering
