- The candidate shall be responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales targets. Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers. - New market development abilities and experience of min 3 years in direct selling to B2C and B2B customers in any reputed express International company. - Ability to Map potential customers and do lead generation and then follow up and onboarding. - Able to generate and provide leads - Seasonal International Market and pattern knowledge as must. - Extensive knowledge of assigned territory (Geographical and customer mapping and products) including potential / target accounts, competition that calls on said Region, etc., Introduce company services to potential clients in order to build & strengthen ongoing relationships - Able to manage client profiles, penetrate organizational structure and develop relationships at all levels beyond the main point of contact. - Competent to engage with Management / internal customers through F2F meetings to discuss sales activities, provide updates on target accounts. - Should know territory given data and its Monitoring of competitors and markets database on continuous basis, reporting systems and revenue controls to meet the Top Line Growth. - Creation of door-to-door solutions across various services for better value proposition. - Must be aware of sales strategies to increase market share with aggressive & deep selling skills as a team leader. - Analyzed customers feedback, business trends and implemented corrective actions.
