Xpress Funding Advisors (XFA) Profile:

XFA is a boutique Advisory firm focusing on providing fund raising- and- strategic advice- to Mid and Large Corporates across India.- We offer a wide range of customized services, including Investment Banking, Debt- Syndication, and- Private Equity Advisory.

We are currently looking to hire an Associate in our investment banking division.

Role Description (Advisory):

- Preparation of Teasers for funding opportunities which may be in form of private equity, debt, structured debt or M&A

- Preparation of Detailed investment memorandums and presentations

- Preparing Financial Models & Valuation Models

- Assistance in originating new clients

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA only from Tier-1 & Tier-II Business School or CA

- 1 - 4 years of relevant experience in preparing teasers, information memorandum, and financial models

- Strong financial modeling skills

- Good communication skills
