Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

- Identify and create data base of key talent in the industry

- Head hunt talent through networking. Discover past performance of identified talent.

- Hire the talent within budget

- Post openings on LinkedIn and Social Media

- Hire through direct approach

Qualifications and Skills :

- Full Time MBA from a reputed institute with 7 -15 years of relevant experience.
