Manager/Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts
1. Overseeing entire finance and accounts operations including Finalization of Accounts, Preparation of standalone and consolidated Financial Reports/Statements
2. Ensuring compliance with local, state and central laws including IND AS
3. Taxation - handle compliance, assessments and litigations (direct and indirect taxes), TDS, GST and other compliances.
4. Budgeting - Preparation of detailed budgeting exercise and set up budgetary control system through ERP based control
5. MIS - Preparation of daily and monthly MIS, variance analysis
6. Auditing - Leading Internal and Statutory Audit Functions of all Group Companies
7. Costing - Implementing Standard Product Costing and reviewing quarterly actual costing of all operational products of the Company, track variances and improve the processes
