Zonal Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
This role requires a range of skills from closing sales and nurturing relationships to strategic planning and cross-functional leadership.
Job Duties:
- Build Xiaomi brand and drive sales via offline channels.
- Build a strong relationship with the local distributors, retailers and local regulatory bodies.
- Drive sales in the city with local distributors and key retailers in the region/city/territory.
- Develop a keen understanding of Xiaomi products & how they can fulfill the local consumer needs.
- Execute local marketing and brand building strategies.
- Monitor local end-to-end operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency.
- Build relationships with local regulatory bodies and manage regulatory concerns (if any)
Candidate Profile:
- Must have a Master degree in Business.
- Prior team leading experience.
- Should be able to manage large teams.
- Strong analytical and problem solving approach.
- Should be OK with traveling 4 - 5 days a week (must!)
- Past mobile handset sales experience - not necessary.
- Preferred industries: handset, consumer durable, telecom, FMCG, paints etc.
