Job Description :
1. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Determining selection criteria.
2. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
3. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
4. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
5. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Requirements :
1. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
2. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Worked on multiple tools for sourcing.
