- Program management for Xiaomi's B2B retail initiative

- Should have cross-functional expertise - Business and Operations

- Should be hands-on with large data sets

- Should be comfortable working with multiple internal and external teams

- Will be responsible for monitoring and driving program performance, sales and inventory planning
