Job Designation: Retail Excellence Manager
Scope: Pan India
Key Role : Drive offline channel sellout through various sellout enablers
Responsibility :
- Handle Pan India Promoter Program for GT & LFR Channel
- Design and implement policies for - selection, onboarding, training, performance management for Mi Promoter and Mi Buddy Program
- Maximize productivity of Mi Promoters and Mi Buddy through various interventions at optimal cost
- Handle affordability partnerships with NBFCs, Payment Wallets, Banks, other financial institution and aggregators for Offline Channel
- Work towards maximizing retailer earning so as to improve retailers affinity towards Xiaomi
- Monitor and improve Xiaomi share at retail level through various sellout levers at optimal costs
- Handle other sellout related operations for offline channel, monitor and control cost of sellout enablers.
