Xiaomi - Offline Finance Manager (7-16 yrs)
Job Description :
- Manage business development activities according to financial plan to achieve profitability and revenue growth
- Assist in the preparation of capital budgets for the business units.
- Provide financial support and advice to management in closing business deals
- Coordinate with operations, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to supervise and support in business operations effectively.
- Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals.
- Inspect and approve all Customer contracts of the company.
- Managing Budget for his region on Marketing Spent and Preparation of Effective ROI of the spent.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve key finance KPI's
- Assisting in Internal / External Process & Finance Audits
Qualifications :
- BCOM/MCOM with 15+ years of experience ( preferably from Mobile / Retail Industry )
- CA with 7/8 years of experience

- Ability to manage multiple business requirements and prioritize key actionable.
- Should be able to meet stringent deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and should be able to mentor/ coach team.
- Should be a person with Go - getter attitude and able to deliver results with minimum supervision.
- Expect high level of integrity and ownership at work and able to demonstrate excellence in performance.
- Should have an eye for detail and drive cost savings efforts.
- Expert knowledge of SAP & MS - Office.
- Should be comfortable in Travelling.
