Job Description: - Responsible for all sellout related activities for Pan India Retail outlets, including LFR - Manage costs of sellout, along with various levers of increasing sellout - Head promoter program, and responsible for end to end activities regarding the same - Take care of Consumer Financing vendor relationships, and bring out the best value partnerships from them - Lead partnerships with banks and wallet companies, in order to provide maximum value for retailers and customers - Monitor and plan monthly and weekly sellout, and suggest for suitable interventions from time to time - Plan the retail GTM of new product launches, along with product teams - Plan for retail engagement, and optimize retailer earnings and margins Skills Required: - Efficient Management of relationships with external stakeholders and vendors - Proficiency in data analysis, and deriving meaningful actionables out of the data - Multi tasking ability, and the ability to make efficient and effective decisions quickly Other skills and traits required: - Ability to take constructive feedback from sales teams and translate them into meaningful insights - Ability to travel nationally, and take perspective from all stakeholders for new initiatives - Creative and Imaginative
