Job description:
This role will allow the successful candidate to work with primarily unsecured product portfolios across multiple business lines & services (pan India). These will include various lending products for individuals (both salaried & self-employed) as well as small/medium enterprises. Some of these products would be, Unsecured PL (small, medium & large ticket), Line of Credit, BNPL & Business loans.
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
- Build collections infrastructure & strategy from scratch catering to all buckets
- Assess, Evaluate & Appoint right vendors/partners/agencies
- Manage tele-calling, field teams, etc. to recover dues through agencies or in-house as per the defined strategy
- Monitor performance of various collections teams/agencies on different parameters and address performance deficiencies leading to achieve pre-defined desired efficiency targets
- Regularly track & monitor resolution and flow rates and take proactive steps to reduce and/or control forward flows
- Perform RCA to get to the bottom of various resolution related issues in order to provide effective & timely solutions based on data-driven outcomes in conjugation with real-time on-ground feedback from agents
- Improve efficiency & unit economics by building a robust allocation strategy (segment & bucket based communication/treatment) with the help of the data science team
- Closely work with analytics team & successfully conceptualize, develop and deploy advanced solutions to improve efficiency
- Create a detailed collections MIS with the help of the Analytics team
- Capture/record data points/feedbacks/status/outcome and ensure continuous feedback to the Analytics team to help identify patterns to improve strategy
- Perform random audits on a regular basis
- Define & propose incentive structures for agents/agencies subject to management approval

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) applications;
- Education: A minimum of Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or BTECH/BE or other fields is required.
