Promoter Program Management

Scope : Pan India

Key Role : Lead Pan India Mi Promoter & Mi Buddy Program for all offline channels

Responsibility :

- Identify right outlets for Promoter placement

- Design and implement policies for - selection, onboarding, training, performance management for Mi Promoter and Mi Buddy Program

- Maximize productivity of Mi Promoters and Mi Buddy through various interventions

- Monitor and improve retail level impact of promoter placement

- Monitor and improve Xiaomi share at retail level through Mi Promoter & Mi Buddy Program on a daily/weekly basis

- Manage external manpower agencies for sourcing right talent within defined TAT at minimal cost

- Manage overall cost of sellout through Mi Promoter & Mi Buddy Program

- Present cost benefit analysis of promoter program to internal stake holders

- Manage internal & external stake holders and deliver best out of the Mi Promoter & Mi Buddy Program

- Handle other sellout related operations for offline channel
