- Partner with Xiaomi International internet services leadership in defining ambition levels, setting priorities and shaping business plans, and provide recommendations on how to grow the region's portfolio of services.
- Operationalize MIUI India product roadmap, identifying key product and growth opportunities for India digital business, monitor the key metrics across the business.
- Take a data-led approach to understanding the performance and underlying drivers of Xiaomi Internet services businesses in India, and lead business reporting to senior leadership.
- Develop and implement Xiaomi commercial strategy for India digital market, in particular through partnership with sales representatives and other commercial partners in the market. Lead business reviews and support negotiations with key local partners.
- Support Xiaomi International internet business leadership on understanding market trends and the local competitive landscape and dynamics.
- Hire and day-to-day manage logistics and recruiting teams responsible for building out of the MIUI India office - by partnering with Xiaomi India and talent teams.
