Job Description :

1. Responsible for sales and business performance of multiple product categories

2. Own 4Ps of product, price, promotions and distribution

a. Take product and price decisions to continue market leadership

b. Work with sales teams to drive volumes and profit

c. Responsible for positioning of Xiaomi products - drive marketing and schemes

3. Come up with innovative marketing ideas and work with marketing team to execute it

4. Analyze traffic, conversion and analytics data - both from online and offline

5. Understand customer insights and generate market information - helping drive product decisions

6. Ensure product quality and inventory at optimum level
