Xiaomi - Assistant Manager - Campaign Operations (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities
- He/She will own the content on the website and co-ordinate with the cross functional teams to ensure accuracy & reliability of content.
- End-to-end design & execution of contextual campaigns on Mi.com in order to improve sales. Co-ordinate with category, design and marketing teams to execute the same.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to create sales content and campaign creatives on Mi.com (web, m-site & app).
- Continuously refresh the on-site/app content on mi.com. Work with analytics team to improve the sale conversion rate through creative merchandising & content.
- Align relevant teams before new product launch, sale event and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 Years or more; Experience with E-commerce is mandatory
- Understanding of UI/UX is a plus
- Proven copy-writing skills
- Generally clued into happenings at a local/national/international level
- Can bring creativity to operate under extremely tight constraints of time
