Desired Skills: - Talent acquisition background from IT/ITES. - IT/ITES, Marketing, Services and/or Product industry preferred. - Ideally people having intrapreneurial skills do well in Xerago What you'll be responsible for: - Interacting with the business heads and vertical heads to understand the resource needs, planning, & forecasting the upcoming needs. - Play a deciding role in finalizing the sources of recruitment (internal/Camus/portals/vendors etc) and closing all open positions for Xerago. - Close tracking & reporting the head count, new joined & exits. - Build & maintain cordial relationship with the employees to understand their career interest & aspiration - Drive Employee Engagement Program with employees and managers - Identify Key and Top talent of the business unit; understand the career aspiration of the employees. - Encourage the business to create a succession planning & monitor it. - Conduct skip level meeting as a tool feel the pulse of the team. - Employee Grievance Handling - Conduct exit interview, analyse the attrition data and come up with strategies to tackle attrition. - Spearhead the annual performance Management System. - You would be playing the role of Strategic HR reporting into the CEO. - You would be responsible to manage a team of close to 6 direct reportees and an overall employee count of 350.
