- You have embraced the DevOps culture.

- You consider Infrastructure as Code as the standard way of working.

- You are excellent at scripting languages, you know either Python or Ruby and have a good working knowledge of Shell Script.

- You understand technologies like Chef, Salt Stack, Puppet or Ansible.

- You would love to embrace technologies like Docker, Packer, Consul, Kubernetes, and CoreOS.

- You know how to give developers the capability to run their own code in production, manage it with central log aggregators and monitoring tools like ELK stack, Splunk, Graphite, Grafana, Riemann.

- You possess consultancy skills in getting your team aligned with technical choices and new direction.

- You have the leadership skill to transform and bring a smooth transition towards DevOps.

- You are well versed with Agile processes.
