We are looking for Centre Head for Solan, Himachal Pradesh. Below are the Job responsibilites:

- Overseeing operations, quality, client management.

- Profit/loss & people management responsibilities.

- To ramp up the large business operations & to manage a team size of 1000 & above, besides meeting/exceeding defined SLA’s

- Contributes to the overall planning and Execution process for Xchanging

- Implementation of ISO 9001:2000 AND ISO 27001:2005 standards

- Ensuring Compliance to Information Security as per ISO 27001 Standard
