XAMCHECK - Product Associate - Consumer Apps Team

About the team.

The following are the three key areas of work for the consumer apps team

1. Prototyping in collaboration with the PRP (Product Research and Prototyping) team

2. App development & Testing in collaboration with technology, content and business teams

3. App implementation planning and bug fixes support in schools in collaboration with logistics and service team.

About the role

As a Product Associate, your key responsibility would be:

1. Prototyping

a. Capture framework and data of PRP projects

b. Develop TLM based on research to implement in an actual classroom

c. Spend hands-on time in the classroom and capture key problem statement from multiple points of view academic; implementation; value prop/pricing/costing; brand aspects

2. App development and testing

a. Articulate the key problem statement and solution statement - write user stories to capture the requirement

b. Define success metrics of the app features and drive the data logging to enable analytics

c. Project manage the app development cycle

d. Thoroughly test every outgoing app/feature with the end-user

3. App implementation planning and bug fixes support

a. Develop the implementation plan of the app

b. Train the internal team on app features

c. Identify, report and fix app usage gaps/bugs

Qualifications:

1. Engineering undergraduate from Tier 2/3 college,

2. 3-5 year work experience

3. At least one year experience in the field of Education (teaching/curriculum development/assessment/ education analytics / educational apps)

4. At least one-year development/product management experience of shipping features and managing bugs on consumer mobile apps

Core Skill:
