Operations Manager
Roles and Responsibilities :
Monitor and drive performance :
1. Develop and implement metrics to monitor productivity and business performance.
2. Provide decision support based on data, market trend and competitive intelligence.
3. Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting performance.
4. Develop, implement and streamline business processes
5. Collaborate with business leadership to ensure timely, appropriate implementation of business processes to drive business initiatives and results.
6. Create and implements productivity tools that ensure business process adoption and compliance
7. Take ownership of all processes and projects related to pipeline generation, reference generation, qualification, prioritization, etc.
Automation and System development :
1. Drive CRM workflows and implementation.
2. Ensure usage and compliance for CRM.
3. Continuously identify bottlenecks, simplify processes and automate.
Analytics and Reporting :
1. Analyse business performance and develop reporting and analytic tools to enable business leaders to quickly understand business status and trends
2. Enable business team members to initiate effective actions to drive business growth and productivity
3. Incentive and compensation plans
4. Collaborating with business leadership, people function and finance teams to conceptualize and build business team compensation plans, as well as roll-out of plans.
5. Serve as the finance interface for business team.
Qualifications& Experience :
1. The candidate should have a track record of working in a business focused analytic environment (ideally in sales operations) and of projects related with process improvements and automation/ CRM implementation
2. BE/ B Tech and MBA (not mandatory) from premier institutes with 2+ years of relevant work experience in any high growth industry
