As the senior leader and Managing Director for Xactly Bangalore, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a best-in-class work environment, local site management, mentoring matrix managed managers and directors, and being a senior representative of the company with existing customers as well as during the sales cycle for new opportunities within existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

- Create a best-in-class work environment and lead the Bangalore site in implementing our C.A.R.E. values

- Manage all Mentor and help develop matrixed local management team

- Represent the company locally onsite at prospects, customers, recruiting events, conferences, and community events

- Work as an extension to and in support of the Sales, Professional Services, and Support departments in the region

- Facilitate, support, and participate in the hiring and growth needs of all departments

Must Have:

- Experience managing local administration, finance, and general site management

- At least 5 years of leadership and functional management experience of at least one of support, professional services, engineering, or quality assurance departments

- Self driver and leader able to manage day-to-day Indian site operations in a matrixed management environment

- Management experience working in a remote site of a multinational company as well as in a matrixed organization

- Familiarity managing and negotiating facilities and vendors

- Ability to represent the company in India / Asia Pacific region independently in support of sales, services, support, and customer success as well as in assisting all managers with hiring and recruitment as well as retention

- Team player with excellent communication, organizational skills and a customer focused mindset

- Ability to create a best in class work environment and culture that attracts and retains talent

- Strong management, mentorship and business communication skills

- Very much requires a roll-up the sleeves attitude

- Ability and willingness to travel to US and overlap with US-West Coast for 1-2 hours daily as needed

- Most importantly - A culture fit and easy to work with as we grow our Indian operations. Someone comfortable waking-up in the middle of night to help solve customer, prospect or employee situations

- Career experience working in the USA

- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or other relevant technical field

Preferred To Have:

- Well connected in India / Asia Pacific region to influence and support Xactly's growth

- 3 years site (remote) management experience

- Previous experience working for a Silicon Valley USA headquartered company

- Experience in both small and large companies
