- Agency background preferred. Communications agency - Exposure to Financial sector clients would be an added advantage
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum Education Qualification : Graduate / MBA/ PR
- Communication Skills
- Writing/ Verbal. Ability to do basic editing and writing in crisp English
TECHNICAL SKILLS :
Well versed in MS office especially word, excel and power point
EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 3 + Years of experience in CS / Account manager
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Involves managing various short-term critical communication projects as well as ongoing retainer engagements
- Meet, co-ordinate and liaise with clients to understand clearly their requirements and submissions timelines
- Job entails interacting with corporate clients - interacting with the teams of Corporate Communication, Investor Relations, CFOs and Marcomm Heads and teams
- Draft lucidly the minutes of the meeting as attended with clients
- Co-ordinate and work closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Prime responsibility of the person would be to surpass client expectations and ensure flawless & timely execution of the projects as per the project plan
- Liaise with clients for invoicing and payment
- Liaise with printers to ensure excellent production and post-production of print related documents
- Co-ordinate and network with photographers, media buying agencies, printers, other vendors on behalf of clients
- Should be able to independently co-ordinate photo-shoots along with client representatives as and when required
- Strengthen existing customer relationships and deepen relationships to expand product solutions and offerings to the clients
- Create Pitch ppts for the clients considering the global trends / peers / our own communication submissions
- Create weekly/monthly reports on accounts being managed and end of month reports on revenue and market performance
- Work as a strong & dependable team member across the zones
OTHER SKILLS :
- Organized, focused with an ability to manage multiple clients and work under pressure & stress (when reqd.)
- Keen eye for details
- Team player with excellent coordination skills
- Value system in terms of Integrity, respect for others, behavior and good communications skills is sacrosanct
- Self-motivated
