WWF-India, one of the largest conservation organizations, engaged in wildlife and nature conservation in the country, invites applications from candidates with an inherent sensitivity towards the conservation of nature and environment, to work as the Senior Manager - Talent Management to be a part of the HR team at WWF-India. The incumbent will be the responsible for implementing performance management practices at WWF India and also ensuring engagement and development of peoples- capabilities to achieve organizational objectives.

Location: New Delhi

The Job Profile:

Performance Management

- Facilitate, support and maintain a high-performance culture in the organization, aligned with its values through Performance Management System

- Proactively supports the delivery of both annual and mid-year processes which focus on smooth execution of performance management and talent development

- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management

- Coach managers on effective & quality dialoguing skills to help in the performance feedback process

- Online and offline implementation of Performance Management system (Training, KRA setting, Mid - year discussion, Individual development plan, Annual Appraisal etc)

Talent Development & Engagement

- Drives talent retention & their development

- Work with the managers and individuals to understand development needs to improve and design learning and development program

- Identifies Hi-Po- s/ critical/key talent in the organization who have great impact on the organizational performance and implement succession plan

- Develop and implement employee satisfaction surveys and questionnaires, including analysis and action planning based on survey results

- Integrate competency/ culture framework in processes like Job Description, Recruitment, Performance management system, Individual development planning

- Drives Employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities and other events in the organization

- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data/trends on exit, retention etc.

- Responsible for partnering with Leaders to work on updating/ developing Org Structure (when required)/ Job Descriptions/ reporting line/ designations/ levels etc.

Qualifications, Experience and competencies required:

- Master's Degree in Psychology from a recognized university or MBA HR.

- About 8-10 years of relevant experience

Skills and Abilities:

- Certified on Assessments (Hogan- s/ PAPI/ Thomas profile etc)

- Planning & Organising - prioritizes & plans work activities, well organized & methodical approach

- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills

- Drives decision making

- Problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail

- Personal integrity, maintains confidentiality

- Excellent teamwork skills
