WWF-India, one of the largest conservation organizations, engaged in wildlife and nature conservation in the country, invites applications from candidates with an inherent sensitivity towards the conservation of nature and environment, to work as the Manager - Talent Acquisition to be a part of the HR team at WWF-India. The incumbent will be the responsible for the entire recruitment process at WWF India. S/he will be involved in developing a policy for talent bench-marking, talent assessment and finding and screening high-quality talent. S/he is expected to bring strategic inputs and strengthening of the processes in the system.

Location: New Delhi

The Job Profile:

- Develop and implement policy for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes, identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, networking, maximising association with social media and developing process on employee referrals

- Responsible for annual Manpower planning with the help of Program/ Non-program & Individual Fundraising teams.

- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization with self/ team and consultants, ensuring employer branding.

- Responsible for hiring talent from various campuses.

- Active participation in employment events, HR seminars, Career fair etc for self-development and also for the branding of the organization.

- Develop and manage relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms

- New initiatives such as Assessments, Reference check process to be introduced.

- Relationship management and regular updates to stakeholders/ senior leadership regarding the status of hiring across locations

- Salary negotiations, final closure to be done with all selected candidates at WWF India in terms of benefits, key policies and culture.

- Quarterly report with analysis on hiring - TAT, Quality - to be prepared for being presented internally to the HOD's & the Board. This report is to be made in collaboration with the internal Talent Management and Operations HR team.

Qualifications, Experience and competencies required:

- Master's Degree in HR from a recognized university

- About 6 - 8 years of relevant experience

- Proven track record of talent acquisition

- Ability to understand the work needs of the stakeholder & role fitment of prospective candidate, Job interviewing skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Analytical skills - able to interpret and present information which drives decision making, attention to detail, proficient in excel and other Microsoft office packages

- Personal integrity, maintains confidentiality

- Excellent teamwork skills
