JOB REQUISITES :

Role Summary :

This role is responsible for performing the day to day monitoring, control and provision of first line support on the procure to pay [P2P] process. The role will provide cross-functional support to users across the ME region and support teams in India. The role will maintain the core master data values connected to the P2P ERP Solution, and relevant connected items. The role will coordinate with business representatives from all regions, Business Systems team and Finance. The role will also liaise with our Suppliers when appropriate. This role will be based in Noida with a direct report line to the Finance Manager (ME) based in Dubai.

Responsibilities :

- A first point of contact for all P2P related issues

- Maintain the P2P solution in respect of Master Data (e.g Products, Vendors)

- Monitor the P2P system daily to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner

- Provide P2P Support to the Buyers and their teams

- Provide P2P Support to the Approvers (Technical and Financial)

- Provide P2P Support to the Finance Team

- Provide training on P2P to users as requested

- Provide regular KPI reports, highlighting any shortcomings and investigating solutions

- Develop, maintain and monitor the P2P dashboard

- Provide level 1 support to all P2P users

- Escalate service requests to Business Systems Team where appropriate and track progress

- Escalate, debug or fix any appropriate issues or bottlenecks within the P2P process

- Monitor the PO's in the system, highlight any anomalies/delays to Buyers

- Educate and support the governance and control of the whole P2P process

Key Competencies / Skills :

- Strong personal computer and business solutions software and MS office skills

- Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with external and internal stakeholders

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good presentation skills for educating internal stakeholders

- Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to balance and prioritize work

Qualifications :

- P2P Process knowledge - End to end

- Finance experience with strong technical knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Agresso)

- Must have experience of ERP - (ORACLE / SAP / Agresso). AGRESSO is preferred

- Desirable to have Procurement (CIPS) or Finance Qualification
