JOB REQUISITES

Role Summary

Responsible for taking care of Commercial Office and Accounts Payable and primarily responsible for, Timely collection of funds from debtor, Debtors ageing Analysis and reporting, Calculation of WIP, Analysing project profitability, Contract Term Sheet development for project Bidding purpose etc.

Responsibilities

- Project and WO Setup/Amendments/Closure and Project folder review

- Time sheet amendments

- Production and circulation of time reports / Time Sync reconciliations

- Raising Invoices / Credit notes / Raising delivery Request after PD/PM/CM approval/ Ensure delivery of Invoices / Saving invoice Acknowledgement

- Reconciliation of Projects and Estimated total fees

- SOA reconciliation for Clients

- Interface with PM/PD for project KPI's

- Check and review any deviation from budget / forecast and explain variances

- Forecast of secured work in hand

- Review of Project summary, Aged working capital & Calculation of cost to complete & WIP

- Liaise with commercial managers / centre managers and Project directors for any project related issues.

- Process improvement and initiatives

- Adhoc reports

Key Competencies / Skills

- Cultural awareness, conscientious and an open mind and excellent communication skills are essential requirements for the role.

- High degree of self-motivation and ability to motivate others.

- Ability to work under pressure and with minimum of supervision.

- Must have good English writing and communication skills

- Good analytical and problem solving skills and able to handle pressure

- Excellent data orientation

- Must have experience in commercial with project based industry

- Exposure of working on Work Orders/Time Sheet/ Project & SOA Reconciliations

- Excellent work exposure in MS Excel and ERP (Oracle preferred)

- Preference for experience in likewise industry (infrastructure/design consultancy)

- Strong personal computer and business solutions software and MS office skills

Qualifications

- Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA with 3-5 years of commercial experience

- Must have three to five years of experience in commercial and financial reporting

- Must have experience of ERP - ORACLE/Agresso system with specific focus on FICO/PCB module
