Job Title : Senior Manager Finance & Indirect Taxes
Job Location : Lalbaug, Mumbai
Reporting to : CFO
Key Responsibilities : Ensure smooth treasury management in Rupee and FX, strong Financial Controls, Compliance statutory and Internal, SOP adherence and support to Business and operations through receivable and payable management
Qualifications & Experience
Qualified Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant with 12 or more post qualification experience from relevant industry experience in Logistics, Freight, Shipping, Relocations industry
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Corporate Laws, Tax Laws (Direct and Indirect), Labor and Allied laws
- Knowledge of Audit and Accounting Standards
- Knowledge of Foreign Currency Hedging and compliance related to FC payments and Annual returns
- Knowledge and experience of ERPs (implementation experience is preferable- SAP)
- Knowledge of GST regime is must
