Position objective:

- To help define Group's Sustainability agenda and support identification of initiatives for various BUs and Corporates.

- Help drive Sustainability initiatives as well as track, monitor, and suggest course correction needed to achieve initiatives' objectives

- Support Internal and external Initiative Marketing

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible to continuously socialize the concept and initiatives under Sustainability across the locations and covering all employees

2. Conducting Research / Study and / or devise a mechanism to generate ideas related to Sustainability for their field of Business / Operations

3. Responsible to prepare a Project Plan in consultation and work closely with Business Leaders / Function Heads / SME (subject Matter Expert) to do a Proof of Concept and / or Implement the Project around Sustainability

4. Responsible to monitor implementation on an onging basis and publish statistics to the Sustainability Committee

5. Ensure measurable achievement of KPIs / reduction targets along with Business Leaders / Function Heads

6. Responsible to conduct or be instrumental in conducting events related to Sustainability across the locations and covering all employees

7. Responsible to work Closely with the Head Sustainability and advise execution / amendment to the Policy / Agreement / Certification
