The Business is on a rapid digital transformation path building digital business models and undertaking digital enterprise initiatives. To spearhead the same, we are looking to onboard a seasoned tech leader.

Position : Head of Technology

Objective : Responsible for driving the Business' Technology initiatives; by leading product development, business applications maintenance, integrations and database administration

Responsibilities :

- Partner with Product Head, other internal stakeholders, and external digital partners to see our digital initiatives to fruition

- Architecture for end to end Business Process Automation / Digitalization

- Requirement gathering, Analysis, Design, Development and Testing.

- Adhere to secure development practices and information security requirements

- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliances for IT systems across geographies

- Project Planning and Delivery of IT projects within agreed timelines and budgets

- Third Party Software Integration using APIs

- Ensure optimum software Performance, Scalability and Availability

- Drive Innovation through R&D and Adoption of new technologies

- Ensure Technical documentation and UML diagrams

- Participate in IT Audits, Annual Budgets and Management Reviews

Requirements and Skills :

- Hands-on experience in building web, mobile, and desktop applications

- Proven expertise in code architecture and core review

- High proficiency in MS technologies, Dot Net, C#, HTML5, Java, SQL Server

- Experience on BI / Visualization / Reporting tools

- Experience on Performance and scalability optimization tools

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

- DevOps experience desirable

- Knowledge on UI/UX preferred

- Strong people management skills and communication skills

- Knowledge on Logistics / Relocations domain desirable

- Knowledge on IT infra / network /Cloud computing is desirable.

Qualifications and Experience :

- 15 + years of experience, with 3+ years in managing a scale of multiple states, zones or equivalent

- BE/MCA/Equivalent in Computer Science or related streams
