Position - Legal counsel (Advisian), Mumbai
Experience - 1 to 3 Year's
Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of tenders, proposals and structuring, drafting, negotiating and settling different types of contracts;
- Provide pragmatic support on litigation and non-payment claims;
- Preparation and scrutinization technical know-how agreements, consortium agreements, joint venture agreements and secrecy agreements.
- Become a trusted advisor, who gives innovative and strategic legal advice to Advisians operations;
- Drive the implementation of compliance, good business process and ethical practices and other systems within Advisian;
Requirements
- Law Graduate (LL.B Hons.)
- Must have prior experience working in a law firm or an in-house role in a similar industry;
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, leadership, mentoring, and writing skills;
- Ability to think on the feet and ability to solve complex problems;
- Exposure to different legal systems is preferred;
- Ability to travel at a short notice;
- Ability to apply legal concepts to identify business risk.
