For more information, visit Worley.com Key accountabilities : - Manage and coordinate the Planning &amp; Performance for Region to enable delivery of timely and accurate reporting which will assist location and region in decision making. - The role will support Locations with the necessary backup and analytics as required. - Drive the reporting centralization initiative to support global network by eliminating inefficiencies, standardization in ways of reporting including evaluation of tools of reporting. - The role is to support in development and implementation of value-add planning and analysis tools. - Responsible for the continuous improvement on process and system of FPA activities. - Advisor: Advise and support key stakeholders in relation to FP&amp;A matters that may impact FP&amp;A activities and the ability to report timely and accurately and to identify areas to improve performance based on appropriate analysis being conducted. - Reporting: To develop and implement effective reporting and analysis to improve understanding of actual and forecast performance to drive future financial performance. Co-ordinate budget, forecasting, monthly and weekly processes and ensure integrity of data. Measure key KPIs and performance drivers of business and locations. Coordinate, review and distribute weekly reports, Location Reporting Packs and Regional analysis to relevant stakeholders. - Governance: Ensure appropriate accountability and performance standards are met and maintain high levels of confidentiality and sensitivity. Maintain high quality of presentation, clarification, and accuracy with all information disseminated. Maintain an effective internal control framework to highlight and manage risk by providing an independent assessment of the health of the business. - Continuous Improvement: Invest time to improve systems &amp; FP&amp;A activities to focus on automating activities / process where possible. Identify improvement and productivity in global, regional and location FP&amp;A processes, improving quality whilst reducing cycle time. Develop new / where possible reporting models to support business requirements for scalable businesses. Key requirements (qualifications, experience, attributes etc.) : - University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. - Typically, 10+ years relevant experience including supervisory, project management and/or technical experience. - Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to interpret business and technical requirements to a broad audience of stakeholders at various levels in the organization Good business acumen, strong relationship building skills and a pragmatic nature Strong finance/accounting background and data analytics and good understanding of project and operation management. - Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements. - Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources aiming at consistent reporting across all regions. - Participate with other specialist to convert legacy reports to BI or central reporting system. - Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations &amp; Support team. - Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for all users. - Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members. - Provide training and assistance to users for generation of Ad hoc reports. - Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes. - Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time. - Excellent interpersonal and people management skills with strong influencing ability and the ability to gain the confidence of senior management at global, regional and location level. - Experience with a large ERP environment such as Oracle, Hyperion etc. What we offer you : - Providing an agile culture and challenging work opportunities results in a positive work environment.
