Job Description - Legal Counsel The incumbent will be responsible for all activities related to: 1. Contract Reviews, Review and negotiate i. Non-disclosure agreements ii. LoI's iii. consultancy contracts iv. EPCM contracts v. EP, PMC or EPF contracts vi. JDA, SAAS, Licence or Software agreements Review of Bids, Tenders or RFPs, 1. Risk analysis of contractual documents 2. Briefing the business on contractual risk 3. Presentations on legal concepts - Should be able to provide support to the - Litigation group - Compliance group - Privacy group CANDIDATE PROFILE: - The candidate should be LL.B. Must have 2 to 5 year's relevant experience in a law firm or a company in the Oil &amp; Gas or Technology sector.
