Global People Data Lead Global Owner & SME for people data : - Data Roadmap to encompass the near-term data stabilization and standards, to extended use of the data in reporting and analytics. - Project plan for the stabilization of all foundational data. - Creation of data standards document in partnership with cross-functional groups. - Comms and education requirements to the People Function, and wider business. - Set-up of data standards controls, performance monitoring and management reporting. - Align plans and interventions with approved strategies of data ownership and data-centric by the business and operations. - Data Steward for the global Data program, and any other projects or initiatives. - Problem / incident resolution and as the key point of contact for escalations. - Delivery of people reporting suite - including, but not limited to Global People Report, Quarterly Business Review, Board and Annual Report. - Full review of people reporting suite aligned with data roadmap, business needs and priorities. - Direct line management of global people reporting team and set-up of associated team processes and structures. - Upskill team and function through development opportunities & projects.
