Operational Excellence Manager


- Under the guidance (tools, methods, processes) of the EMEAA Operational Excellence team and as a local point of contact, the operational excellence manager will be responsible for implementing process optimizations into daily operations and ensure the continued improvement of efficiency and efficacy of all processes and procedures for shop floor and back-office processes. He will also ensure proper workforce optimization process deployment within the station.

- Implement process improvement principles, tools and enablers (KPIs, dashboards, automation, etc.) developed jointly with from the Operational Excellence team.

- Conduct Process control & monitoring audits to ensure alignment with the Group Standards

- Work closely with the local operations teams and management to select most appropriate process improvement techniques, trainings and other enablers.

- Propose local processes adjustments and improvements, including automation and support tools, for high efficiency and cost effectiveness.

- Optimize current processes to meet all customer service level and internal requirements, and support the local management to develop new service offerings supported by robust processes.

- Share best practices with the Operational Excellence community.

- Support Business strategic decisions with providing meaningful and accurate data analysis about Demand and Workforce needs.

- Balance staffing levels with the volume of work being produced.

- Ensure that adequately trained staff are scheduled in order to satisfy the requirements of the various airlines, WFS Safety & Quality Standards are not jeopardized due to insufficient resources.

- Develop and maintain process related documents.

- Provide Training, Support and Guidance to team to meet daily work demands.

- Managing team of Continuous Improvement and Workforce Optimization members
