As a member of our Sales team you will work on Sales of our CRM App for After Sales Service.
You would be responsible for establishing workXmate as a best in class Business App provider. You should be able to recognize, understand, and articulate workXmate products/services & competitive differentiators in SME Market.
Skills/experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales of software product/services
- Experience of selling to SMEs is a must
- Experience in selling Software or Cloud based products will be preferred
- Experience in working with Industrial Products industry will be preferred
- Extensive experience in all aspects of sales cycle to meet Sales targets
- Experience using CRM for selling
- Ability to grasp complex technical data and to communicate to a broad range of people
Responsibilities:
- Development of Account plan & strategy to ensure attainment of sales goals
- Create and conduct customized Sales presentations or Demonstration
- Interaction with Engineering team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requests
- Maintain accurate records of all Sales activities
Human Face:
- Problem-solving skills & good interpersonal skills
- Very solid communication skills
- Works with minimal direction on strategic and technical issues
- Able to handle tough situations independently
Educational Qualifications: BBA/MBA.
