- Manufacturing, Production Planning, Inventory Control, Product commissioning & Troubleshooting, maintenance, Cost Saving Initiatives, Process Engineering, Quality and safety Management, System Application Products in Data Processing.

- Production, Planning & Control:-


a) Planning & integration of business plan into operations. Focus attention on inventory management & working capital. Adapting process improvement measure to maximize capacity utilization...

- Operations & Maintenance:


a) Planning effective preventative & predictive maintenance schedules of various equipment to increase machine uptime & equipment reliability. Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/ breakdowns & take steps to rectify the same.

b) Preparing maintenance records, work instructions for different operations for the unit &maintaining reports for facilitating decision making.

Quality Assurance / Audits :

a) Ensure & sustain - Good Manufacturing Practices .Conduct internal audits & implementing steps for curtailing product/ process rejections and defects. Implement & monitoring - Plant Change Control

b) Procedure- for achieving productivity, cost reduction, energy conservation and product quality.

- Environment, Health and Safety :

a) Charting several safety measures for minimizing the occurrence of accidents, hazards. Implementing EHS initiatives to manage operations as per set environmental stipulations and improve occupational health and safety at work place

Candidate Requirement :

- PG

- BE / BTECH - Chemical / Production / Mechanical / Industrial - ( NIT Preferred )

- From : Any Up-scaled Manufacturing Process-driven co.

- Able to manage a large team .
