Workplace Leader - A leadership role responsible for driving enhanced User Experience &amp; optimizing space effectiveness through supervision of all service offerings within Bangalore and Gurgaon - comprising: Front of house / FM / Catering / Gym / Conferencing &amp; Events / User Support) JOB ACTIVITIES - Working as part of the Global Real Estate (GRE) Team &amp; reporting into Global Workplace Director, this position has responsibility for building strong business relationships which inform and drive continued development and enforcement of Workplace Standards across the site - This role has potential to assume a wider remit overseeing the effective deployment of Workplace strategy at other key India locations. Area of responsibility - Strategy &amp; User Experience - Establish clear HON vision for user experience and how that translates to service delivery areas on the property - Create and leverage business relationships / understanding to inform and develop HWS Guidelines and operational support model - Act as an ambassador forcompany products within building through providing VIP tours, inductions and positive advocacy. Leverage opportunities that arise to connect potential customers and business lines - Maintain and drive community / social involvement in the space from both business groups and local community perspectives - Reinforce agreed protocols for the site and escalate persistent issues to building management Area of responsibility - Leadership &amp; Communication - Act as visible on site leader for all building and support services, with an entrepreneurial drive to introduce changes to create the most effective environment for occupants - Develop and maintain broad network of business relationships across all levels of the organization - Observes service behaviors of employees &amp; suppliers and provides feedback to individuals and/or managers to achieve common service standard - Champion the HON service vision for the site and ensure alignment amongst the support teams to this goal through direct and matrix management - Personally handle difficult situations involving escalations from building residents Area of responsibility - Operations - Keep operations teams and departmental heads focused on the critical components of operations to drive occupant satisfaction and the desired business results - Communicate and document internally: Protocol enhancements, success, best practice - Tour the operating departments, daily, ensuring the smooth operation and staffing in all areas making adjustments as needed via department heads - Works with vendors and suppliers to ensure best in class operations management who demonstrate strong functional expertise, creativity and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of the operation - Works across departments to identify / resolve areas of concern and identify cost efficiencies that can be implemented without compromising occupant satisfaction - Oversees the deployment of HSE and Business Continuity Management for HON India.
