This is a leadership position reporting directly into the CEO at WorkIndia. Hence, the prospective candidate will perform all tasks, with help of his/her team, that a typical People/HR Head performs. Some of these functions, but not limited to, are outlined below: - Report directly into the CEO of WorkIndia to Lead the People function - Help the CEO to build-out the values & cultural practices which truly define WorkIndia - Ensure policies & processes are formulated, implemented, as well as followed - such that they become a way of life for everyone at WorkIndia - Manage all aspects of Talent Acquisition - Based on your experience, assist WorkIndia's CEO in ideation and implementation of new people policies which will further improve the experience of team members at WorkIndia - Build and implement our performance management system from scratch - Take on HR operational responsibilities like onboarding health insurance vendors, ensure smooth management and distribution of laptops etc. - Facilitate smooth transition for exiting team members, via exit interviews, timely FnF settlements, documentation & clearance - Conduct dip-stick & NPS surveys to understand issues & challenges being faced by team members and suggesting ideas or policies which can solve them
