Role: Program Manager - Sourcing

Responsibilities:

- Use growth strategies to build sourcing channels ground up from scratch.

- Work with operations team to get the funnels right for the channels that you have created.

- Complete ownership and accountability of the numbers

- Conceptualize tech products that can help you solve your problems

- Work with product managers to get your product rolled out

- Work on continuously on funnel improvements

- Work closely with leadership team future strategies

Eligibility Criteria:

- Candidate should have minimum 1-3 years of growth hacking

- Should be BTech/MBA from a reputed institute.

- Should be willing to relocate to Bangalore.

Skills:

- High on ownership and responsibility

- Should have worked in aggressive target driven culture

- Should be proactive

- Should be able to inspire large teams

- Should have frugal mind-set

- Should be able to work with different teams

- Should have displayed an urge of rapidly growing within an organization and take higher responsibilities
