Role : Planning & Analysis Executive (CEO's Office)

What will this role do :

- In the journey to achieve data-driven excellence at WorkIndia, one of the key aspects is thorough,data-driven planning and close monitoring of metrics to ensure we're on track.

Your responsibilities in this role will be :

- Track key business metrics on a daily basis, report variances and off-track items, perform delta analysis to identify the key 80/20 levers which need focus

- Keep a track of and follow-up on open action items from daily or weekly review meetings

- Help the founders to hold respective owners accountable for deliverables

- Enable the CEO and other business leaders in planning activities for the upcoming month or quarter, and questioning the assumptions being made in the plan

- Facilitate smooth running of daily, weekly and monthly reviews at a leadership level

- Create easy to consume executive-level summaries of progress using tools like MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word etc.

- Documentation of meetings & action items, ensuring follow-up discussions & closures happen

What will success look like in the next 6 months :

- Daily, weekly, monthly reviews are conducted smoothly, with all stakeholders being prepared with required data and pre-analysis

- All key business metrics tracked on a daily basis and off-track items are called out on time

- Working sessions and follow up meetings are followed through diligently so that no important objective falls through the cracks

Ideal profile for this role :

- An MBA graduate fresher or 1 to 2 years of experience, with good analytical skills

- BE / BTech background would be preferred

- Prior experience in Ola, OYO, Flipkart, Amazon, Pharmeasy, 1MG, BigBasket, Cars24, No Broker, My Gate, Licious, Zolo Stays, ZoomCar, Dunzo, Clear Tax, Swiggy, Myntra would be a big plus

- Should be ready to relocate to Bangalore

Skill-sets required for this role :

- Strong data analytical skills, comfort with numbers and excel sheets

- A good business understanding, first principles and common sense thinking

- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with senior business leaders to make a point or get things done

- High bias for action and ability to get things done (hustler) in ambiguity

- A highly positive & never-say-no attitude, always up for challenging work
