Role - Email Marketing Manager

We need an expert/ strategist to strategize and execute Email Marketing. The candidate should be able to conceptualize the process, content and capture analytics. Should be able to suggest required tools also. Research, Data capturing & Data acquiring through modest means, would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Execute email marketing campaigns and build processes in the marketing automation platform

- Collaborate with marketing managers to understand their marketing program objectives and define data segments

- Create audience segmentation and data reports for marketing activities with SQL from internal databases

- Use, monitor and report issues of automation processes when appropriate

- Resolve stakeholder issues pertaining to data, automation and processes. Propose, design, and validate new solutions and processes to address emerging marketing requirements and business goals

- Work closely with WorkIndia's internal and external stakeholders to reconcile data quality issues. Interact with other groups such as Information Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Vendors to facilitate data quality improvements.
