Role Description:
WorkIndia is looking for an experienced Investor Relations who will be responsible for ensuring the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with analysts, investors, and all stakeholders.
The role also includes creating the appropriate strategy, framework, and tactics, as well as for providing a very compelling investor relations roadmap. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It also requires the ability to carefully manage relationships outside the company in the equity research and investor community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.
- Making comprehensive IR Strategy for positioning the corporate client in capital market. Responding to Investor queries on companies business and industry.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing quarterly earnings of the team/company
- Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team
- Direct and prepare the plans for all events and activities.
- Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external team.
- Supervise all media interactions - press conferences, one-on-ones, etc.
- Prepare pitch notes and make pitches to the media
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong understanding of SEC laws and securities disclosure requirements, as well as filing requirements.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry
- Intimately familiar with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
- A professional who is also entrepreneurial, and has a client-minded focus.
- Has superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impact messages for inspiring team and investors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance & account
- Masters degree in Finance & Accounts or a related field
- FMVA certification will be an asset
