Ideal profile for this role:
- Candidate should have worked in a growth role for 3-4 years and have scaled no. of users by 5X on a 20,000+ base
- Should have a total experience of more than 3 years
- Should have worked in an aggressive target driven culture
- Doing the above in a startup environment for 3-6 years is a required criterion for this role
- Prior experience in Byjus, Naukri, Linkedin, Shine, Razorpay, Instamojo, PayU, PhonePe, Paytm, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato would be a big plus
- Should be B.Tech/BE/MBA from top institutes
- Should be ready to relocate to Bangalore
