Who Should Consider This Role?

Responsibilities :

(1) Set up end to end hiring process for large corporates and start-ups

(2) Scan the blue and grey collar landscape and scope companies with a maximum need

(3) Strategize to onboard large corporates

(4) Figure out strategies and models to serve the client in the best possible way and drive revenues from large corporates

Eligibility Criteria :

(1) Should have a total experience of more than 2 years

(2) Should be Btech/MBA from a reputed institute.

(3) Should be willing to relocate to Bangalore.

Skills :

(1) Should have a founder's mindset and high on action

(2) Should be data-oriented and with an ability to take data-based backed decisions

(3) Previous experience in setting up a new business practice/initiative is a plus

(4) Structured thinking, extremely good at prioritizing and proactive decision making

(5) Should be comfortable with an aggressive target-driven culture

(6) Should have displayed an urge of rapidly growing within an organization and take higher responsibilities

(7) Prior experience of managing & setting up a team and driving them to achieve targets; P&L accountability is a plus

(8) Experience of handling highly visible Executive Client Relations
