WorkIndia - Director - Finance - CA (7-15 yrs)
Requirement-
1. CA with 7+ years of experience
2. 2+ years of experience in scaling up high growth start-up preferred.
3. Demonstrated success in leadership role for minimum 2 years (Finance Controller, Director Finance, GM - Finance or similar role)
Responsibilities -
1. Accurate and timely completion and publishing of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.
2. Develop accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
3. Drive key finance initiatives to improve performance and facilitate business growth
4. Identify opportunities to improve cost structure
5. Mentor team and groom for higher responsibilities
6. Stakeholder Management - internal, investors and vendors
7. Own the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variances
8. Manage Cash-flow (Collections, Investments and Expenses)
9. Coordinate and own preparation of regulatory reporting with local, state, and central government tax filings.
10. Coordinate with auditors / diligence teams to successfully close audits
11. Ensure timely completion of all compliances (including secretarial compliances)
