Role:
Channel head - Field recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Build a field recruitment team from scratch and scale it to get 500 onboarding's (delivery executives, field sales executives etc.) a day.
- Own and deliver on aggressive targets
- Build and manage multicity team
- Work closely with leadership team
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate should have minimum 3-4 years of Sourcing experience
- Should have worked in either ecommerce/online delivery start up at Zonal or national level.
- Should be BTech/MBA from a reputed institute.
- Should be willing to relocate to Bangalore.

Salary :
