Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Shortlist, LinkedIn, Naukri & AngelList)

- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.

- Handling end to end Recruitment.

- Joining On-Boarding Formalities.
